Root rot?

Just transferred three zweet og r2’s from a low pressure aero set up to my rdwc. Running flora flex nutes at about 2/3 strength with silica blast and cal mag. To keep things sterile I’m using root drip by flora flex at 40 ml for about 45 gallons of water. Went to sleep last night and everything was pearly white. This morning all brown. Any thoughts?
thinking I should’ve stuck with UC roots ( last run was UC) and said fuck the root drip
