So ive told a bunch of people about this and everyone ive seen do it has had good success. This is how I start all my seeds and transition them into rdwc. This method will work fine for any form of hydro you might use a rockwool cube or rapid rooter to start seeds in.

I use a mixture of perlite and coco in double layer seedling trays.
Cloner mix is tap water + Dyna-Gro KLN+protekt at recommended rates plus a half dose of southern ag garden friendly fungicide. I use a 5 min on/5 min off...
