Anyone using dry potassium silicate? (AgSil)

I'm close to depleting my bottle of Armor SI which is general hydroponic's overpriced water mixture of potassium silicate. I prefer dry fertilizer because you always get more for your money. I'm looking at: AgSil 16H, 4 pounds in a re-closable plastic container....

Germination of seeds - ready for r/dwc

Hey all! I thought I'd share an experiment about achieving from seeds to R/DWC directly. First, sprout the seed in paper towel... Should take ~48 hours, then fill your netpot with clays. Take the little one with squeezers and place it gently, leaving the shell's side in an upside position, between two pebbles, to make it easier for the head to grow and reach for the light....
