Hempy Pot Size vs Yield Question

So I have been studying Xare's 2L Hempy grow and I really think it would work well for my setup, but I am concerned with pulling less than 1 oz. per plant. I am wondering, If I switched from 2L to 3 Gallon Would that increase the plant size in the same amount of veg/flower time? It looks like to me (my very novice opinion) that Xare's plants are rootbound (although he definitely has this down to a science). How to correct Rising pH/PPM runoff

Okay so this is my first run with Hydroponics. I have been running a top feed drip line system. I am running my girls in 6 inch rockwool cubes placed in 7 x 7 pots filled with hydroton.
