Few question, mainly about ebb & flow with rockwool

Hi guyz,

i just started hydro in a ebb & flow system with rockwool in 6L pot., and have a few question about it....i try to keep everything simple, my feed is base(AB) + silicate + very little epsom in end of veg + stretch, i never change rez untill i have to, that why i avoid every additives as they make my solution go bad....i learned this when growing in coco dtw, but here in a recirculate system it's even worse.
Actually i flow 2 times a day and 1time at night, but as soon as flower...

Is AISI-302 stainless steel good for the reservoir with nutrients?

I am wondering if AISI-302 stainless steel parts are suited for permantent contact with the nutrients? It is because I am thinking about using a non return valve which in the reservoir which has AISI-302 grade parts. I am modifying my Power Grower RDWC systems to have a 13 Gallon Reservoir. And in general my tendency has been to make my PPM stronger then what they actually consume nutrient wise! I have done this because they don't seem to burn and because they can consume the whole entirely of the reservoir in one day at their peak flowering cycle. In Veg my plants can drink as high as 1400 PPM which seems crazy. But as soon as I flip the light cycle this drops to about 600-700. .5 conversion And I... How to correct Rising pH/PPM runoff

Okay so this is my first run with Hydroponics. I have been running a top feed drip line system. I am running my girls in 6 inch rockwool cubes placed in 7 x 7 pots filled with hydroton. There almost 28 days into veg from seed. I've begun to notice a couple rust spots on my girls nothing too major. I figured starting a little nute burn. So I backed off the nutes a little.
