Switching to Hydroponics after many years in soil. A few questions.

Hello everyone,

I'm about to change my setup to hydro. Right now I'm between DWC and the GHE Hydro System.
I've got 3 tents, a 0,45mX0,45m for sprouting and early vegging. Then I ve got a 0.75mX0.75m with a 150W LED and a 250W HPS and another 1mX1m tent with a Spider Farmer SF4000 450W Led.

1. I usually prefer doing SCRoG for max yield and I would leave a plant vegging for at least 2 months in a 55 liter (12 gallon) fabric pot but I was going for 1 plant only. Now I will probably have 2 in...

Is AISI-302 stainless steel good for the reservoir with nutrients?

I am wondering if AISI-302 stainless steel parts are suited for permantent contact with the nutrients? It is because I am thinking about using a non return valve which in the reservoir which has AISI-302 grade parts. How concentrated to make Nutrient Solution in my 13 Gallon RDWC Reservoir for One big Plant?

I am modifying my Power Grower RDWC systems to have a 13 Gallon Reservoir. And in general my tendency has been to make my PPM stronger then what they actually consume nutrient wise! I have done this because they don't seem to burn and because they can consume the whole entirely of the reservoir in one day at their peak flowering cycle. In Veg my plants can drink as high as 1400 PPM which seems crazy. But as soon as I flip the light cycle this drops to about 600-700. .5 conversion And I... How to correct Rising pH/PPM runoff

Okay so this is my first run with Hydroponics. I have been running a top feed drip line system. I am running my girls in 6 inch rockwool cubes placed in 7 x 7 pots filled with hydroton. There almost 28 days into veg from seed. I've begun to notice a couple rust spots on my girls nothing too major. I figured starting a little nute burn. So I backed off the nutes a little.
