pH drops like a rock daily!

Hi guys, this is my first post, maybe someone is able to shed some light on this issue.

I've been a grower for the past 5 years and always managed to find a solution when pH is increasing or decreasing, HOWEVER in this particular grow I am completely out of ideas of what is causing such issue.

Basically pH drops on a daily basis from 5.8-6.0 down to 4.1-4.4. This issue starts after 4-6 hours when I pH adjust the water or replace the water completely is stay stable for that amount of time...

I am modifying my Power Grower RDWC systems to have a 13 Gallon Reservoir. And in general my tendency has been to make my PPM stronger then what they actually consume nutrient wise! How to correct Rising pH/PPM runoff

Okay so this is my first run with Hydroponics. I have been running a top feed drip line system. I am running my girls in 6 inch rockwool cubes placed in 7 x 7 pots filled with hydroton.
