I am a new grower and my plants are about 12" tall. I transplanted about 10 days ago. I decided to fill up the reservoir with 1/2 nutrients and check the air pump lines going into the bottom of my buckets. I blew like hell and no air would go through the lines. They are stopped up. I have no choice but to ride it out and see what happens. I don't even think the roots have reached the bottom of the pot and have taken root. The only thing my pump is successfully running now is a line going...

Hey all! I thought I'd share an experiment about achieving from seeds to R/DWC directly. First, sprout the seed in paper towel... Should take ~48 hours, then fill your netpot with clays. Take the little one with squeezers and place it gently, leaving the shell's side in an upside position, between two pebbles, to make it easier for the head to grow and reach for the light.... Is AISI-302 stainless steel good for the reservoir with nutrients?

I am wondering if AISI-302 stainless steel parts are suited for permantent contact with the nutrients? It is because I am thinking about using a non return valve which in the reservoir which has AISI-302 grade parts.
