Hi all,
I made a top fed DFT system.
It has about an inch of water in the tray at all times with an air stone to keep it oxygenated.
It recycles via the overflow to the reservoir down below.
Once the roots where hanging out the bottom of the pots I covered the tray/table with plastic to stop any light from getting to the roots.
It was bottom fed, on a constant cycle.
However I had a few issues doing it like this,such as the pump heating up my water and under watering, the water can't...
