Trying to diagnose last week - no improvement or solution

Today marks 14 days since pop. The pictures were taken yesterday (day 13). I'm growing in 80% coco 20% perlite in a 5 gallon fabric pot. Grow tent conditions stay around 83F and 60% humidity. I wasnt watering until runoff until 2 days ago which was the last watering, the coco has stayed moist so Im holding off watering. Is AISI-302 stainless steel good for the reservoir with nutrients?

I am wondering if AISI-302 stainless steel parts are suited for permantent contact with the nutrients? It is because I am thinking about using a non return valve which in the reservoir which has AISI-302 grade parts. How to correct Rising pH/PPM runoff

Okay so this is my first run with Hydroponics. I have been running a top feed drip line system. I am running my girls in 6 inch rockwool cubes placed in 7 x 7 pots filled with hydroton.
