Would this mini fridge idea work? Dwc grow

So I have a dwc grow with several buckets and always am having a issue with keeping my water temps down low enough. So I saw what might be a good idea and wonder if it would actually work. So I want to get a mini fridge and set my pump inside of it and run holes through the front door of the fridge to run airlines out into the bucket and a hole on the side of the fridge to run my power cord out. Is AISI-302 stainless steel good for the reservoir with nutrients?

I am wondering if AISI-302 stainless steel parts are suited for permantent contact with the nutrients? It is because I am thinking about using a non return valve which in the reservoir which has AISI-302 grade parts. How to correct Rising pH/PPM runoff

Okay so this is my first run with Hydroponics. I have been running a top feed drip line system. I am running my girls in 6 inch rockwool cubes placed in 7 x 7 pots filled with hydroton.
