Cal Mag issues? Am I on the right track?

I’m using an Aerogarden with a 1.1 gallon tank, with an added air stone and only 1 plant per system. Lighting is an SF2000 at 24 inches & at 90% output right now. Water temp is 68, air temp around 75, humidity between 50-60. PPM currently around 850, PH kept between 5.8 - 6.1, and I’m in the 4th week of grow from seed. Is AISI-302 stainless steel good for the reservoir with nutrients?

I am wondering if AISI-302 stainless steel parts are suited for permantent contact with the nutrients? It is because I am thinking about using a non return valve which in the reservoir which has AISI-302 grade parts. How to correct Rising pH/PPM runoff

Okay so this is my first run with Hydroponics. I have been running a top feed drip line system. I am running my girls in 6 inch rockwool cubes placed in 7 x 7 pots filled with hydroton.
