Help bulking up?

Hey y'all, I have a monster NYC Diesel auto in week 4 of flower that's just not stacking buds like I'd hoped. I've never had this issue with any plants before, I'm not sure if it's because it's such a big plant and expanding so much energy getting nutrients to all the bud sites or what. But if that is the issue how do I fix it? And if it's not what can I do to bulk this girl up!
