Can’t stabilize PH on DWC

After a lot of research, I bought a DWC system. I put tap water in systen and left it on for 24 hours before adding the nutrients (biobizz). I added the nutrients (Bio-grow, root juice and Call-mag) and got 400PPM and adjusted the PH to 5.8. I transplanted 1 plant from the soil to the system with 2 weeks of growth. the plant started showing signs of bad PH, which I started to monitor every 2h, which I found that my PH rises sharply to 7.5 / 8 in 2h, but my EC remained the same. the plant...
