Seedling crisping up

Is this a sign of underwatering? my seedling has got really crispy leaves. it's gone from the tip of the leaf to the centre of the stem really fast. the coco was pretty dry so i just gave it a good feed. it's recently shot out some new leaves in the past day or two and they are not dry or crispy. The rest of them seem perfectly healthy so I don't get it.

Hey all! I thought I'd share an experiment about achieving from seeds to R/DWC directly. First, sprout the seed in paper towel... Should take ~48 hours, then fill your netpot with clays. Take the little one with squeezers and place it gently, leaving the shell's side in an upside position, between two pebbles, to make it easier for the head to grow and reach for the light....
