Removing mineral salts buildups easily

Running a simple flood system. I get buildups of mineral salt residues from nutrient solutions in my reservoirs and on hoses, trays, etc. notably in tanks where I'm using Canna's PK-13-14 phophorus additive.

My grow is cramped and hard to get at the tanks to clean them out as they are under the flood trays. I've built in a valving and drain system out of lawn irrigation parts to avoid having to get under them.

When I need to dump my nutes (every 2 weeks), I just turn a couple knobs and...

I am wondering if AISI-302 stainless steel parts are suited for permantent contact with the nutrients? It is because I am thinking about using a non return valve which in the reservoir which has AISI-302 grade parts. I am modifying my Power Grower RDWC systems to have a 13 Gallon Reservoir. And in general my tendency has been to make my PPM stronger then what they actually consume nutrient wise! I have done this because they don't seem to burn and because they can consume the whole entirely of the reservoir in one day at their peak flowering cycle. In Veg my plants can drink as high as 1400 PPM which seems crazy. But as soon as I flip the light cycle this drops to about 600-700. .5 conversion And I... How to correct Rising pH/PPM runoff

Okay so this is my first run with Hydroponics. I have been running a top feed drip line system. I am running my girls in 6 inch rockwool cubes placed in 7 x 7 pots filled with hydroton.
