Update on first grow

So out of four plants I got 3 females out of bag seeds. Its my first grow and i wanted to learn how the plants naturally grow so i topped one and let the other two grow naturally. Im running into a problem with one of my girls in flower. She wont stop growing! She has grown taller than my light and i cant move it up anymore! I tried to see how much bend she had to maybe tie her down but the main cola bent and i had to fix it. Shes still doing good and healthy but i was wondering if it will...
