ROCKWOOL 1st timer. Torturing plants help!

Hi everyone I’m hoping someone can help me save my plants. After a few solid runs in soil I wanted to try something new. Big mistake. My plants are about 3 weeks old from sprout. They look rough. First they experienced and over watering. Sat I’m drenched cubes for 2 weeks. Blocks just now drying. Then I purchased a new much bigger light and did not dim enough which damaged them. Upon popping off my FloraFlex caps I encountered this (see pic). I’m assume it’s mold. Little algae spots too. Any...

Germination of seeds - ready for r/dwc

Hey all! I thought I'd share an experiment about achieving from seeds to R/DWC directly. First, sprout the seed in paper towel... Should take ~48 hours, then fill your netpot with clays. Take the little one with squeezers and place it gently, leaving the shell's side in an upside position, between two pebbles, to make it easier for the head to grow and reach for the light....
