how to start seeds for hydro? (dwc, aero)

I have some new seeds that I want to get going in a hydro setup. I usually do soil to start but trying to get them going quick. I can do dwc or use my aero cloner

Is AISI-302 stainless steel good for the reservoir with nutrients?

I am wondering if AISI-302 stainless steel parts are suited for permantent contact with the nutrients? It is because I am thinking about using a non return valve which in the reservoir which has AISI-302 grade parts. Okay so this is my first run with Hydroponics. I have been running a top feed drip line system. I am running my girls in 6 inch rockwool cubes placed in 7 x 7 pots filled with hydroton.
