H2O2 for root aphids

Hiya
Looks like i have root aphids - theres little bugs flying out when i open my rez. So i think i need to drown them in a h2o2 solution but what % should i mix this at? I have some household bleach, 3.6% Sodium hypochlorite, can i use this? What %?
Or could i freeze them out by lowering temps?
