Newbie DWC! Root rot question!

Hey all, it's my first post here and I am needing some input on my current (1st) grow. I have scoured and read and taken in so much info but would like to get some feedback as well.

Currently I have 4 single bucket dwc's going. 5g buckets with slightly over 3g of water in each which puts my water level to about 2" below netpots. I am modifying my Power Grower RDWC systems to have a 13 Gallon Reservoir. And in general my tendency has been to make my PPM stronger then what they actually consume nutrient wise! Is AISI-302 stainless steel good for the reservoir with nutrients?

I am wondering if AISI-302 stainless steel parts are suited for permantent contact with the nutrients? It is because I am thinking about using a non return valve which in the reservoir which has AISI-302 grade parts.
