expanding system

I am in the process of expanding my Aeroponic tote system to a Bucket system in a 98x48 tent.
Has anyone done this? I have to elevate my buckets for the drain about 2 feet off the ground and trying to think of ways to do this. the buckets will be farther apart so it has to be individual.

Is AISI-302 stainless steel good for the reservoir with nutrients?

I am wondering if AISI-302 stainless steel parts are suited for permantent contact with the nutrients? It is because I am thinking about using a non return valve which in the reservoir which has AISI-302 grade parts.
