ph and ec in runoff

Hi my ph runoff is 6.8 even tho it goes in at 5.8 and my ec runs off at 2.7 even tho it goes in at just over 1.1, i have tried to flush it with low dosage of nutes but run off on next feed is still the same. I have tried lowering ph to 5.5 but run off still comes out 6.8. Only using canna a+b and little cal mag but not all the time
