is promix hp considered hydroponic growing? how should i water it please.

So i accidentaly bought promix hp mix, thinking it was soil, but i found out it isnt. So how can i grow using promix hp? do i treat it like coco coir? (its a mix of spagnum peat moss,perlite and lime) i dont have an hydro pump, just growing it in a pot btw.

my biggest worry is how to water it? ive seen on a video a guy who had coco coir and said to water the plant every day, or even as much as 2-3 times every day, and never let the soilless soil dry, and keep it moist at all time unlike...

Hydroponics / Aeroponics Plant looks droppy I hope she is OK? My first Grow in Coco what's wrong with my 5 Days old Seedling? I using Canna Profesional Plus and an Autoflower Strain.
