First Time DWC!!!

Hey y’all, first time growing indoors and I would love some feedback! I’ve been growing outdoors for the last 3 Years now and wanted to try using Deep Water Culture (DWC) buckets indoors.

I purchased (4) 5gal buckets with 6in net pot lids, a 432W T5 light, two dual port air pumps (non commercial), air stones, Ph meter, and way too much Hydroton. I am modifying my Power Grower RDWC systems to have a 13 Gallon Reservoir. And in general my tendency has been to make my PPM stronger then what they actually consume nutrient wise! I have done this because they don't seem to burn and because they can consume the whole entirely of the reservoir in one day at their peak flowering cycle. Is AISI-302 stainless steel good for the reservoir with nutrients?

I am wondering if AISI-302 stainless steel parts are suited for permantent contact with the nutrients? It is because I am thinking about using a non return valve which in the reservoir which has AISI-302 grade parts.
