Hydroponic baby plant doing even worse :(

Here is the latest picture. As soon as the weekend hits I am going to try and get a 5 gallon (or bigger if I can find one) bucket from Home Depot to change this into. But since I asked about this little gal last time, I emptied all the water (which had been 100% old aquarium water, high in nitrates), added mew about 30% old aquarium water, the rest distilled water (to try and fix the issue if it was nutrient lock-out caused by the high nitrates), then added just a bit of some fresh trace...
