I used the GH ph up/down this grow and they were great for most of the grow, but during the last few weeks of flower ive had to use a LOT of up. Im getting a little more drift down now than I was for veg and early flower. itll drop 0.3-0.4 over 3-4 days, but it takes like 40-50ml of the GH ph up to bring it from 5.6-5.7 to 6.0+ Is there something more concentrated I can use or should I just buy bigger bottles and get used to using this much every few days? more info...

Hydroponics / Aeroponics Help with Uniseals Hello, I am installing an RDWC system using 2" Uniseals, 2" PVC, and 27L HDX totes. I cut my holes in the totes using a 3" hole drill bit, but when I place the Uniseal inside the hole, it pops in fairly easily and is not very tight. Even when I insert the 2" PVC pipe into the Uniseal, it just slides right in with no reluctance. What am I missing/doing wrong?? I'd like the water touching the hydroton until the roots start to show, then have the water level an inch or two below the pot after the roots start to come out. I got this idea from a bucket grow. On the water companies website all they give me for quality tests are that they claim: The water is moderately soft with: 40mg/l as calcium 100mg/l as calcium carbonate. My plants seem to be getting nute burn at low PPM's. They're currently 10 days old @ 220 ppm. The tap water is 120 ppm so that's 100ppm of nutes (~1/4 strength). I premix nuts and pH adjust 20 gallons at a time in separate resevoir. I then add to individual buckets as needed. I do a complete flush of buckets every 14 days. What I've noticed lately is I can pH adjust my nutrient mix to anywhere between 5.8 and 6.2 but when I add it to the individual systems and then check pH there it is 6.7-6.8.
